Remember that special date with these personalised hoodies.  Dates will be embroidered in Roman numerals and two initials with a heart added to the sleeve.  Date will be added to the left chest and initials outside right cuff.  If you require them elsewhere please advise by adding a note in the personalisation box, changes can only be opposite sides, omit initials or heart.
